Refunds

At Cocoa Coast Surf Lessons, we want you to have the best possible experience. If you need to cancel your lesson, you may do so for a full refund as long as you provide at least 24 hours' notice. Lessons canceled due to weather conditions will also receive a full refund. However, please note that no refunds will be given if you do not show up for your scheduled lesson. We strongly encourage all guests to check the wave conditions and weather forecast before booking to ensure a safe and enjoyable time in the water. Additionally, a parent or legal guardian must sign a waiver for any minors participating in lessons. Thank you for understanding and helping us create a safe, fun environment for everyone.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
